Issue your regular customers with your own account card
If you want to take full control of your account customers, you can opt to use our card account service (CAS); this is simple and effective:
We help you design a card with your logo and details on; we register your cards on our system, you then issue them to your customers (1 per vehicle); your customer then allocates each card to a vehicle and registers it online. From this point on your customers offer their card every time they use any service that you permit, it is logged on our system and becomes instantly visible to your customers online.
Using CAS you can operate credit accounts with your customers and know that each transaction cannot be disputed; you can even choose pre-pay accounts regular customers if you wish. At any time you can see what each customer owes or what credit they have remaining. Each customer can view their "account" online to see the state of play. Both you and they can 'stop' individual cards, you can 'stop' whole accounts from using your services. Again, you can monitor and make changes from any online computer in the world.
